  • Saturday, August 1 from 2-4:30p

  • Monday, August 3 from 4-6:30p

  • Tuesday, August 4 from 10a-12:30p

Get Ready for Distribution

  • Sign up to volunteer with us at any Seed + Transplant Distribution - Recent extreme weather has significantly reduced volunteer opportunities, and your help will make a big difference as we prepare thousands of plants for distribution.

  • Review your seed and transplant options: Family Gardens | Community, School & Market Gardens.

  • Set aside a box or two to collect your seeds and transplants.

  • If you can't attend, a friend or family member can pick up on your behalf—just have them provide the primary gardener’s name at check in.

Parking

KGD Farm is located at 3100 Orleans St, Detroit, MI 48207. Parking is available in the lot across the street from the farm (entrances to the lot are on Wilkin St. and Riopelle St).
