Seasonal Farmhand
As a Seasonal Farmhand you can find Miguel tending to all aspects of the farm from food production and distribution, Garden Resource Program stewardship, and leading volunteer group work days. Miguel has been farming since 2020 with Food Sovereignty and Mutual Aid as the primary mission moving them forward. Miguel is devoted to supporting community networks, big or small, no matter the medium.
When Miguel is not on the farm they are often on stage as a Musician or Event Producer. Having performed all over North America and even as far as Hong Kong, Miguel performs prepared media and machines under various names. Miguel has produced a large variety of art and music shows for theater production, The Ann Arbor Summer Festival, The Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra, IATSE Local 38 & 395, Imbue Detroit, Moods Detroit, New Music Detroit, Interdimensional Transmissions, and Club Diffuse. Miguel believes music & art are equally as enriching as local veggies. Miguel seeks to serve the community through stewardship, providing people with the environments and resources to excel and live as they see fit.
