Calling all past, present and future medicinal plant growers! 

This event is for Garden Resource Program members, past Growing a Medicine Garden participants and anyone planning to apply for the 2026 Growing a Medicine Garden series.

We’re gathering all the past cohorts of the Growing a Medicine Garden for an afternoon Plant Walk through Circle Forest and Oxygen Alley located in Arboretum Detroit. We will take some time to share updates from your growing spaces and take a walk led by special guest Alexis Nelson. During the spring season growers are preparing their spaces to cultivate and the land begins to turn green and bloom. We’re also reminded of the foods that grow wild for us. Spring time brings us some of the best edible plants to forage.
