As the earth beneath us begins to warm up, some of the first signs of growth are the perennial crops that we've added to our growing space. For this month's crop study we will discuss the seed to table cycle for Sunchokes (jerusalem artichokes) and other edible perennials like Rhubarb and Asparagus.
