This month we'll gather at the KGD Farm under the Ricing Moon. During this time of the season throughout the great lakes region wild rice is harvested. We'll be joined Dr. Selena Y. Smith, Associate Professor, Earth & Environmental Sciences and Program in the Environment at University of MI. Together we'll learn about all this indigenous foodway and all the benefits that wild rice provides.
