The Michigan Food and Farming Alliance (MOFFA) and Keep Growing Detroit (KGD), in partnership with the Transition to Organic Partnership Program, invite you to join us for a special tour of Old City Acres in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
This year-round farm and food hub offers a flexible CSA program featuring local produce, eggs, and honey — along with goods from other nearby producers. During the tour, you’ll meet the farmers, see how Old City Acres manages its production and partnerships, and learn about innovative ways they’re connecting communities with fresh, locally grown food.
Whether you’re a grower, a food-system professional, or simply curious about where your food comes from, this tour provides an up-close look at a thriving local model of sustainable agriculture.
Bus transportation is available, free, and will depart at 12 PM from Keep Growing Detroit located at 1445 Adelaide Street, Detroit, Michigan, 48207. The bus will return to the same location at 4 PM.
